Terms
Clear rules for a serious product.
These terms describe the responsibilities attached to using the Revzone platform, PWA and native app.
Last updated: 26 August 2026
1. The service
Revzone helps sellers configure, activate and manage NFC and QR review products, customer records, destinations, batches, production materials and scan analytics. Physical products may come from independent suppliers and are not guaranteed by Revzone.
2. Accounts
Users must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure and be authorised to act for the relevant business. The account holder is responsible for account activity and for reporting suspected unauthorised access.
3. Free and Pro plans
Free provides the functionality shown on the pricing page. Pro adds Revzone-controlled links, editable destinations, workflows, customers, exports and analytics. Price, tax, billing interval, trial and renewal terms are shown before checkout. A card may be required for a Pro trial.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use Revzone for unlawful, deceptive, malicious or infringing destinations; manipulated reviews or impersonation; personal data without a lawful basis; attempts to disrupt security or plan controls; or unauthorised resale of software access.
5. Destinations, suppliers and third parties
Users are responsible for configured destinations and chosen suppliers. Google, Apple, Stripe, Supabase, social and review platforms are independent services with their own terms. Supporting a link or integration does not imply endorsement.
6. Availability and changes
Revzone may change or discontinue functionality for security, reliability or legal compliance and will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes. Service cannot be guaranteed uninterrupted; users should keep suitable exports and records.
7. Intellectual property
Revzone software, brand and original materials are protected by law. Users remain responsible for their brands, customer data and uploaded content and grant only the permissions required to provide the service.
8. Suspension, cancellation and liability
Accounts may be restricted for security threats, unlawful use, material breach or non-payment. Final cancellation, refund, warranty, liability and dispute terms must be approved with the controller identity and governing law before launch.
9. Privacy and app distribution
Personal data is covered by the Privacy and Cookie Policies. App Store downloads are also subject to Apple terms. Android PWA installation is made directly through a compatible browser.
