Privacy
Privacy, without guesswork.
This policy explains the information Revzone processes across the website, Android PWA and native iOS application.
Last updated: 26 August 2026
1. Who controls your data
Revzone is responsible for the processing described here. The legal entity, registered address, tax details and formal privacy contact will be inserted before public launch. Until then, this is a product-ready draft, not the final statutory notice.
2. Data we process
We may process account and language settings; seller workspace, customer, product, batch, destination and production data; scan source, time, device, referrer, approximate country and a pseudonymous visitor hash; subscription references handled with Stripe; security logs; and optional website analytics only after consent. Payment-card details are processed by Stripe and are not intended to be stored by Revzone.
3. Why we process it
We process information to create and secure accounts, provide NFC and QR services, manage Free and Pro entitlements and billing, prevent abuse, meet legal duties and improve the public website through consent-based analytics. Legal bases may include contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests and consent.
4. Customer data entered by sellers
Sellers may enter client and business contact information. Each seller is responsible for a lawful basis to upload and use it. Revzone processes it only to provide the workspace and related product functionality.
5. Providers and international transfers
Revzone uses providers including Supabase and Stripe. Hosting, Apple App Store, PWA distribution and Google Analytics may also be involved. The final provider list, processing locations and transfer safeguards must be confirmed before launch and updated whenever a provider changes.
6. Retention and deletion
Account and workspace data is retained while the account is active and afterwards only for legal, billing, dispute and security needs. Scan retention is currently configured for up to 730 days, subject to the final production policy. Data no longer required should be deleted or anonymised.
7. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, or object to processing. You may withdraw consent at any time. Website Analytics consent can be changed through Cookie settings in the footer; see the Cookie Policy.
8. Children and security
Revzone is a business service and is not directed to children. Technical and organisational safeguards protect accounts and isolate workspaces, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
9. Native iOS app
The iOS app must link to this policy in App Store Connect and inside the app. Its App Privacy answers and privacy manifest must match the data actually collected by the app and every integrated SDK.
